Sautéed Quelites
This sauted quelites recipe is a great side or lunch meal with the addition of some beans and tortillas or crust sourdough bread on the side.

Ingredients
Fresh quelites
¼ cup Onion Diced
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
¾ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Red Pepper Crushed
Prepared Pinto Beans
Instructions
Heat oil in a medium sauté pan and cook onions for about 2 minutes.
Add quelites and mix until combined with onions.
Add salt, crushed red pepper and continue to cook for about 10 – 15 minutes.
Combine with cooked pinto beans, or enjoy with red chile, or both!
